  1. 01

    The problem

The numbers exist, but assembling them for a management meeting takes a day in spreadsheets.

  2. 02

    How POM solves it

Key figures straight from live operations: delivery performance, target vs. actual, customer and article analysis, over any period.

  3. 03

    The result

Decisions run on this morning's data, not last month's export.

Quick answers

Questions about POM Analytics

What is on-time delivery and how does POM Analytics measure it?

On-time delivery is the share of completed orders that were finished early or on time. POM Analytics classifies every order accordingly, shows on-time delivery with a trend line over calendar weeks and sorts the customer analysis by delayed orders. You define in the settings how many days of deviation still count as on time and from when a delivery counts as early – the same for every workstation.

Do I need other modules for POM Analytics?

No. POM Analytics calculates on-time delivery, delivery date analysis and customer and article analysis from the orders that are in POM anyway. Comparing actual with planned time needs booked actual times, as POM BDE records them at the terminal. POM Quality and POM Inspection add quality figures, such as the first-article rejection rate or the inspection rate.

Can I export the analyses to Excel?

Yes, as CSV and as an Excel file. Before that you narrow things down by customer, article, employee, priority and any period. From a figure you drill down to the individual orders behind it, instead of recalculating numbers in spreadsheets. Your management meeting runs on this morning’s data instead of last month’s export.

Who may view and export the figures in POM Analytics?

Roles and permissions decide. Viewing and exporting are separate permissions: whoever may read figures cannot automatically export them as well. The settings that go into the calculations apply equally to every workstation, so everyone authorised sees the same figures from live operations – without separate spreadsheets maintained on the side.
