Orders arrive through several channels and are retyped. One gets lost or arrives twice, and the stock shown in the shop is no longer right.

How POM solves it
Every channel is checked before it goes live. Every incoming order arrives exactly once and runs through checks: assignment, address, price, credit limit, material. A person approves; automation exists only for clear cases and is off by default. Status, shipment and invoice are reported back to the channel.
