POM Core
Order management & master data
The platform beneath everything: orders, master data, stock, people and permissions – one database for the whole company.
- 01
The problem
Order knowledge lives on notes, in spreadsheets and in heads. Every department works from its own version.
- 02
How POM solves it
One record per order, one shared state for every workstation. Roles and permissions decide who sees and changes what – enforced on the server.
- 03
The result
Questions stop travelling through the building. The order has one file, and everyone reads the same one.

Quick answers
Questions about POM Core
What is order management software for manufacturers?
Order management keeps each order as one record that every department works with. In POM Core, the order overview shows the process chain and progress of every order, the Today dashboard shows what needs attention today in configurable tiles, and global search finds orders, articles, customers and business documents. Every workstation sees the same state, because all of them use one database.
Do I have to enter customers, articles and employees again for each module?
No. In POM Core, customers, articles and employees are shared master data: entered once, used by every module. If you add a module later, such as POM BDE or POM Piecework, it works with the existing records straight away, and nothing has to be transferred. A deselected module removes functions, never data.
Can POM Core read incoming e-invoices without POM Accounting?
Yes. The XRechnung import for incoming e-invoices is part of POM Core and therefore of the base price. Checking incoming invoices against the purchase order and the goods receipt is done by POM Warenwirtschaft. If you also want to read ZUGFeRD, or write XRechnung and ZUGFeRD yourself, add POM Accounting, which brings financial accounting as well.
What do I need technically to run POM Core?
Your own server on your premises: POM runs on-premise, so your data stays in your network. The workstations use a Windows application, and all of them work on the same database. Roles and permissions are enforced on the server, not just at the workstation. Updates are included, and before you decide you can try every module for 30 days without a contract.
Try every module for 30 days.
During the trial the complete platform is unlocked – afterwards you choose what stays.
