POM Resources
Equipment & asset register
Workstations, machines, tools, gauges, fixtures and vehicles – everything that performs work, in one register.
- 01
The problem
Equipment lives in lists nobody maintains. Where a tool is and when it was last serviced is tribal knowledge.
- 02
How POM solves it
Every asset with type, location, capacity, hourly rate and next service date – connected to the workstations that planning and shop floor data capture use.
- 03
The result
Planning works with real resources instead of assumptions.

Quick answers
Questions about POM Resources
What is an equipment and asset register?
An asset register keeps everything that performs work in one place – instead of lists nobody maintains. POM Resources records workstations, machines, tools, gauges, fixtures and vehicles, each with type, location, daily capacity, performance level and hourly rate. Service and inspection intervals come with the next due date and a service history.
How does POM Resources work with planning and shop floor data capture?
The workstations in the register are the same ones that planning and BDE work with – every asset is entered only once. When a booking at the terminal ends, POM freezes the hourly rate into it, so a later rate change does not shift past costs. Service dates are visible where planning happens, so planning works with real resources instead of assumptions.
How do I keep track of due maintenance and inspections?
For each asset you store service and inspection intervals; POM derives the next due date from them and keeps the service history. Due maintenance and inspections appear on the Today dashboard, and service dates are visible where planning happens. You do not need a separate list of dates alongside the system.
Is POM Resources included in the base price?
No. The base price covers POM Core and POM Planning; POM Resources is added individually – the price per tier is in the price table on this page. Concurrent sessions are what counts, and you can create unlimited user accounts. You activate the new licence on your server, without reinstalling.
