The problem
Dispatch works in a separate portal, tracking numbers live in an inbox. Whether an order has left the building takes a phone call.

The shipment is created for the delivery note, and the label comes from the service as a PDF or straight to the label printer. Every tracking number stays on the record, and the customer receives a shipping e-mail. Orders ready to ship land as a task with the person responsible, and blocked goods leave only with a special release.

Which parcel services does POM Shipping support?
POM Shipping connects eight parcel services and forwarders through one shared interface. We are happy to name them in a conversation. The label comes from the service as a PDF or straight to the label printer, and the tracking number stays on the record.
What happens to blocked goods?
They leave only with a special release. The special release needs its own permission and a mandatory reason, and it is logged. Without the shipping module, every non-EU delivery is blocked.
Do I need my own contract with the parcel service?
Yes. POM Shipping uses your existing customer account with the respective service. Your administrator enters the access data; POM stores it encrypted.
