What counts as a concurrent session?
What counts is how many people are signed in to POM at the same time – not how many user accounts exist. Create as many accounts as you need; signing out frees the session again. The tier depends on the largest number of concurrent sessions you expect.
What is the entry price for POM?
The base price with POM Core and POM Planning starts at 150 € per month for up to five concurrent sessions. Further modules are added individually, and packages come with a discount. All prices are net plus VAT; the configurator calculates your selection for every tier.
What does setup cost?
There is no mandatory setup: POM is designed to be installed by your own IT or your IT service provider. Support with setup, data migration or training is available on request. These services are not part of the monthly licence – price on request.
Can I add or remove modules later?
Yes. For every change you receive a new licence and activate it on your server – no reinstallation. A deselected module removes functions, never data. Packages are discounts: the benefit applies once every module of a package is selected.
What does annual billing bring?
With annual billing you save 10% compared with monthly billing. The configurator shows both amounts side by side.
Are updates included in the price?
Yes. New releases are included in your licence; we announce changes in advance so you decide when to update. Improvements from your plant that make POM better are built at no extra charge.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
During the trial every module is unlocked, and no contract is created. Afterwards you decide which modules to keep and receive the matching licence. If you do not want to continue, the trial simply ends.
What applies above 100 concurrent sessions?
For more than 100 concurrent sessions we prepare an individual quotation – price on request. Tell us how many people work at the same time and which modules you need.
