For each module you book as many concurrent users as you need, say ten in inventory management and one in accounting. A shop floor terminal counts as one user; workers book there with their badge, without a licence of their own. User accounts are unlimited. POM is a subscription, updates included.

How many users work at the same time?
What counts is how many users are signed in to the core at the same time, create as many user accounts as you like. The number is the default for every module; in step 2 you choose up to that many per module. More than 100 users: price on request. How it is counted

Which modules?
Packages are discounts, not tiers: once every module of a package is booked with at least one user, you get 10% off those modules, 20 % in the complete package. Packages can be combined; each module gets at most one discount. Core and inventory management are already entry-level prices. Inventory management is optional: if you keep your own ERP, choose the POM Production package.
POM Core always included
Orders and production orders, master data, Today, tasks, messages, calendar, forms, workflows, hazardous substances register and administration. With planning: planning board, capacity and staff suggestions. From December 2026 with an inbox that recognises e-mails and assigns them to the right case.

How it is counted

Create an account for everyone, early shift, late shift and office. Per module you pay for how many of them use it at the same time: ten users in inventory management, one in accounting. A shop floor terminal counts as one user (core and data capture), however many workers use it.

- Subscription only, no perpetual licence.
- Pay monthly: cancel monthly to the end of the month, no commitment.
- Pay annually: 10% less, the year paid in advance.
- No setup fee, you install and set up POM yourself.

Users per module instead of accounts
Create as many accounts as you like, per module you pay for how many use it at the same time. Accounting does not pay for the shop floor.
Easy to extend
Modules and users can be added at any time: you receive a new licence file and activate it on your server, no reinstallation. A deselected module removes functions, never data.
E-mail support included
Year-round free e-mail support is included in the licence. For questions on use, problem solving and bug fixes, with an answer by the next working day at the latest.
Updates included in the subscription
New releases are included in the subscription. From December 2026 you install an update on your POM server only; the workstations then update themselves.

How are users counted?
What counts is concurrent users, not user accounts. Create as many accounts as you need and book, per module, as many users as work in it at the same time: say ten in inventory management and one in accounting. Each shop floor terminal counts as one user (core and data capture); workers book there with their badge, without a licence of their own.
What is the entry price for POM?
The Basic package, core with orders, planning and master data plus inventory management, costs 27 € per month for one user. Additional users get cheaper band by band, further modules are added with their own user count, and packages come with a discount. All prices are net plus VAT; the configurator calculates your selection.
What does setup cost?
Nothing extra. You install and set up POM yourself, with your own IT or your IT service provider, guided by the setup assistant and the installation and setup guide as a PDF. We do not offer training, onboarding packages or setup by us. Year-round free e-mail support is included in the licence.
What support do I get?
Year-round free e-mail support is included in the licence. It covers questions on use, problem solving and bug fixes. You receive an answer by the next working day at the latest.
Do I need inventory management?
No, inventory management is optional. Only the core is required. If you keep your ERP, book the POM Production package: core plus machines & maintenance, with integration and shop floor data if you like. You create production orders by hand or take them over from your ERP via the integration module. The price is the sum of the modules.
Can I add or remove modules later?
Yes. For every change you receive a new licence and activate it on your server, no reinstallation. A deselected module removes functions, never data. Packages are discounts: the benefit applies once every module of a package is selected.
What does annual billing bring?
With annual billing you save 10% compared with monthly billing. The configurator shows both amounts side by side.
Are updates included in the price?
Yes, updates are included in the subscription. Every update starts with a dry run and a database backup. From December 2026 you install it on your POM server only, and the workstations update themselves.
How can I try POM?
After the demo there is a 30-day trial licence, once per company, no contract, with a personal download link on request. First we show you POM in an online demo with a sample company.
How long does the subscription run?
With monthly payment you can cancel monthly, to the end of the month, with no commitment. With annual payment you pay the year in advance and save 10%. Should prices ever change, we will let you know in good time. After cancellation you keep read access for 90 days and can export your data.
What applies above 100 users?
For more than 100 concurrent users we prepare an individual quotation, price on request. Tell us which modules you need with how many users.
