Licensed by module
The base price includes POM Core (orders, overview, master data, customers, articles, employees, stock, administration) and POM Planning (Gantt production planning, capacity, employee recommendation). Everything else – from inventory management and accounting through shop floor data and MES to inspection and traceability – you add when you need it. Packages are discounts, never an obligation.
Every module interlocks with the others: an employee is entered once – planning, shop floor data capture, piecework and leave planning work with that record straight away. When your needs change, so does your licence: you receive a new licence file, activate it on your server, and every workstation picks it up without reinstalling. A deselected module removes functions, never data.

POM runs in-house. Your order data, customer lists and calculations sit on your server, not in a data centre you have never seen. For companies manufacturing for automotive or aerospace this is rarely a comfort feature – it is usually a requirement.
Technically: a Windows application, server-based, with a database connection and role and permission management. Several clients work on the same data at the same time.
